Our Paradise of Purpose

A paradise built on passion and purpose: that’s what owner and operator Jennifer Windt has cultivated at Endless Mountain Vineyards. For her, this venture means so much more than just growing splendid grapes for winemaking—it’s about growing community, one’s connection to nature, and relationships with fellow humans and animals. These kaleidoscopic passions, along with spiritual self-care and wellness, are the seeds of Endless Mountain Vineyards, as well as the radiant colors of Jen’s vibrant life.

From Healthcare to Holistic Healing

Originally hailing from the nearby Poconos Mountains, Jen is a local who’s remained bewitched by this magnificent region. Her background is in healthcare, having worked as a sonographer for the past fifteen years. Moreover, Jen is a tenacious survivor of cancer. This life-changing battle coupled with her professional experience has led her to become increasingly invested in the power of individual wellness. She extends this enthusiasm as a professional yoga instructor, offering wonderfully restorative classes at Endless Mountain Vineyards. But in October of 2012, Jen discovered what would become her brightest guiding light, which took shape in an unexpected way.

Meet the EMV Team:

Working alongside Jen in this splendid retreat and event space is Pat, in operations, and Iris, who’s earned the enchanting title of Lady of the Vines. Off the clock, Jen enjoys spending time with her family and of course, her beloved rescue dogs.

A New Leash on Life

From the moment Jen met Buster, the American Staffordshire terrier rescue, it was a love story to rival when Harry met Sally. Theirs was not only love at first sight but also life purpose at first sight, because adopting Buster gave Jen a compelling new conviction. Living with this very special—but often misunderstood, and therefore mistreated—breed sparked the flame of advocacy within Jen.

She went on to educate about and fight breed-specific legislation against Pit Bull-type dogs. But Jen wouldn’t stop there: this fire of injustice compelled her to found the B & Let Liv Project, which is dedicated to unifying human and animal welfare. This nonprofit educates and advocates for the compassionate and wholehearted coexistence of humans and animals in our often cruel modern world. Although Buster sadly crossed the rainbow bridge in October of 2021, the B & Let Liv Project proudly honors his memory.

“I have always been passionate about rescue dogs—they are my soul food. It was my rescue, Buster, that changed the trajectory of my life by teaching me about unconditional love.”

Endless Mountain Vineyards is the exceptional child of everything Jen has been through in life coupled with everything she believes. In her own words, Jen reflects, “I had a dream of a wellness retreat… This came in the vision of a restorative space in nature where human wellness could happen alongside animal wellness.” Now that that dream has become a reality—specifically on 16 acres of stunning vineyard ground—Jen has garnered a new passion: studying the cultivation and commerce of premier grapes.
